We will receive a reasonable amount of business mail and packages smaller then 1sf. The mail should be business related. Any packages over 1sf may incur a handling and storage fee.
You can pick up mail from the location you chose Monday – Friday (excluding holidays) from 9am to 5pm.
You can call or e-mail our reception staff to find out if you have mail available for pick up.
We can forward your mail to you weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
You can provide us with your UPS/FedEx service and delivery options, and we can charge your UPS/FedEx account code, or we will charge you the UPS/FedEx published rate.
Alternatively, we can ship your mail with standard USPS postage + a ten percent fee.
We can scan your mail to you weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. We can also scan your mail to you on demand. We charge $0.12 per page and a fee of $3.50/six-minutes.
You can choose an initial term of three, six or twelve months. After the initial term, your agreement is monthly. Our agreements always end at the end of the month.
After your initial term is over, you can then give us 30-day written notice of cancellation.
We will send you a confirmation e-mail with the contact details of the specific building you choose. You can then contact our staff to book rooms.
We are always there to help you. Each building has a reception staff, operations manager, center manager and we have a general IT team and billing manager.
